Previous | Home | NextThe first entry is Jürgen Brandt, the father of the discoverer of cobalt! He is the same person we visit in Riddarhyttan. Jürgen Brandt founded the apothecary in 1674, on Södermalm, but moved to Stortorget the same year. The pharmacy moved again, in 1721, to Stortorget 16 (Hindrich Dowe). The owner of the pharmacy, when Scheele was employed, was Johan Scharenberg.
